Wintertime here in Ohio is a perfect time for me to test out new recipes. My family, friends and all the employees at Round Grove Products love sampling the new food creations so it’s a win for everyone!
Most of the new recipes I test have directions only for cooking in a conventional stove or oven so first I usually follow the recipe and use my “indoor test kitchen” and conventional stove or oven. Then, if I like the recipe I start “tweaking” that recipe in my “outdoor test kitchen” which is my brick oven. The two usual things to change or tweak are the time and temperature. Often it takes less time to cook in the brick oven.
